The day we got married.

May 11, 2019. My new favorite day.

When you go to weddings for a living and you’ve been together for almost nine years it’s really hard to plan what you want to do for your actual wedding.

After changing the date a few times to any available Saturday’s I had for the year, we decided to have a small ceremony at home with the majority being family. For the ceremony we had about 18 people and it was perfect. We have a very close-knit group of friends, turned family, from our life in Alaska and decided what fit us best what to have a separate celebration with them later in the summer out West when we could spend some time together for a few days. The best of both worlds really.

The ceremony was held on the backside of one of our favorite local restaurants, The Farm, and Ben’s best friend build the arch we got married in front of.

Ben’s former boss, Jeff, who is practically family married us and I just loved it.

We also decided to get ready together at our own home and include our child Milo because DUH he had to be a part of it in some way. He rocked that tie well.

Take a nice scroll through the day, it was just perfect.
